Yes, I am able to directly bill most insurance providers, you can see the full list here. Please review the terms and conditions of your insurance plan before you come in for your treatment; they may not cover massage or they may cover only a portion of the treatment, they may have a deductible or copayment amount, they may not allow direct billing, they may not allow payment on the behalf of the therapist, and they may require a referral from your doctor/practitioner. Also note that I do not currently offer direct billing to ICBC or MSP.
No, I currently only offer massage therapy treatments in-clinic.
No, unfortunately tandem treatments are not possible at this time, as there is currently only one therapist and treatment room.
I require a minimum 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be responsible for the full price of the reserved treatment as a cancellation fee. You will not be able to book any future treatments if you have unpaid fees. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance. Please contact your therapist to seek an exemption, there are no exemptions if you give zero notice (no-show).
As mandated by the PHO, masks are still recommended in healthcare settings. I prefer you to bring and wear your own mask for your appointment, but it is not a requirement at this time. Your therapist will be masked, and will have masks available upon request. You can read about our full COVID guidelines here.
